Xiaomi has announced the launch date for the Xiaomi 12 Pro in India, which is planned for April 27. However, this will not be the only Xiaomi phone to be released in India this month; the firm has announced that the Redmi 10A will be released on April 20. So, here are the specifics to be aware of.
This month, the Redmi 10A will be released in India.
Xiaomi made the announcement in a recent Twitter tweet, confirming the "Desh Ka Smartphone's" arrival. The Redmi 10A, which replaces the Redmi 9A, was just released in China.
As a result, we already know that the specs sheet will be similar. The design will be the same as well, with a large square-shaped camera hump (much like the Redmi 10). It also has a fingerprint scanner, which is similar to the one seen in the Realme Narzo 50A.
The new Redmi 10 powered by octa-core MediaTek Helio G25 chipset and has a 6.53-inch HD+ display. The phone has 128GB of storage and up to 6GB of RAM, but we're not sure which RAM+storage variants will be available in India.
The cameras consist of a single 13MP AI back camera with LED flash and a 5MP front camera. Portrait mode, Beauty mode, , HDR, and other camera capabilities are supported by1 the phone.
It runs MIUI 12.5 on Android 11 and is powered by 10W fast charging with 5,000mAh battery. A 3.5mm audio jack, dual-SIM card support, Wi-Fi, a micro-USB port, Bluetooth 5.0, and other features are included.
In China, the Redmi 10A starts at CNY 699, which is roughly Rs 8,300. As a result, we may expect the phone to be priced under Rs 10,000 in India as well. Stay tuned for all the details once it opens on April 20.
